Activation for Existing Users

If you have previously installed and activated but would like to re-install or install/activate it on another computer, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Outlook main menu, click tab.
  2. Click Tools and Settings. A new window opens.
  3. Click home icon.
  4. Click ID & Password Tools from the available options.
  5. Select Activate a new or existing ID. The Activation Wizard opens.
  6. Enter your email address as it appears on your activation email.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Enter the Secure ID password associated with this email address.
  9. Click Next. Once the activation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation screen.
  10. Click Finish.
